How payment works

Cash on Delivery

Order now, pay the rider when your shirt arrives. Please have the exact amount ready if you can — riders often cannot make change.

We call every cash-on-delivery order to confirm it before we ship. If we cannot reach you on the number you gave us after a few tries, we hold the order rather than sending a parcel that comes back.

bKash

Send the money to the bKash number shown at checkout, then paste the Transaction ID (TrxID) into the order form. Your TrxID is the 10-character code in your bKash confirmation message — it looks like 9G72KM4XQ1.

Your order is placed immediately and sits as "checking your payment" until we match your TrxID against our bKash account. That is usually a few hours, and always the same day during business hours. Once it matches, we confirm the order and you get an SMS.

Please send the exact total. A different amount takes longer to match and we will have to call you.

Delivery times

We ship every working day. Orders placed on Friday go out on Saturday.

The times above start when we confirm your order, not when you place it — for cash on delivery that is after our confirmation call, and for bKash after your payment is matched.

Outside Dhaka we use a national courier. You will get a tracking number by SMS once your parcel is handed over.

Where we deliver

Everywhere in Bangladesh. Inside Dhaka means Dhaka city; everything else, including Savar, Gazipur and Narayanganj, is charged at the outside-Dhaka rate.

Before you order

Please give a mobile number you actually answer, and an address the rider can find without calling three times — house and road number, flat number, and a landmark if your road is hard to find. It is the single biggest reason a parcel is late.
