1. Who you are buying from

Monday, a clothing brand based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, trading at mondayindhaka.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The contract begins when we confirm your order — after our confirmation call for cash on delivery, or once we have matched your payment for bKash.

We may decline an order. The usual reasons are that the item sold out between your order and our confirmation, we cannot reach you on the number given, the delivery address is one we cannot serve, or we believe the order is fraudulent.

3. Prices

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately at the rate shown at checkout.

We try hard to keep prices right. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before charging anything and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel.

4. Payment

Cash on Delivery — pay the rider on arrival.

bKash — send the exact total to the number shown at checkout and give us the Transaction ID. Your order is not confirmed until we have matched that payment against our account. If we cannot match it, we will contact you before cancelling.

Giving a Transaction ID that does not correspond to a payment you made is fraud, and we will cancel the order.

5. Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates from the moment we confirm your order, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, strikes, hartals or the courier are outside our control, and we will tell you as soon as we know.

Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Fit and colour

We publish garment measurements in inches on every product page, and they are accurate to within about half an inch — these are sewn garments, not machined parts.

Colours on a screen are never exact. We photograph honestly and describe colours as well as we can, but a small difference between the screen and the shirt is not a fault.

7. Returns and exchange

Our returns & exchange policy is part of these terms.

8. Your account details

You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, number and address you give us. We are not responsible for a parcel that goes astray because the address was wrong.

9. Our content

The photographs, text and designs on this site belong to Monday. Please do not use them commercially without asking.

10. Liability

We are responsible for delivering the shirt you ordered, in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Bangladeshi law, including your rights in relation to faulty goods.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
