Who we are

Monday is a clothing brand based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, trading at mondayindhaka.com. If you want to talk to a person about your data, the contact details are at the end.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, mobile number, delivery address, optionally your email address, what you ordered, and — if you paid by bKash — the Transaction ID you gave us.

If you choose to answer the optional fit questions: your height, the size you usually buy and the brand you usually buy it from.

When you ask to be notified about a colourway that is out of stock: the mobile number or email address you give us.

Automatically: basic technical information any website receives — your approximate location from your IP address, your device and browser, and which pages you looked at.

We do not store card numbers or bKash PINs. We never see them.

Why we collect it

• To take, pack, deliver and support your order. We cannot do this without your name, number and address.
• To send you order updates by SMS, and by email if you gave us one.
• To match your bKash payment to your order.
• To design better-fitting shirts. The optional fit answers exist only for this.
• To understand which of our advertisements bring people to the shop.

Advertising and analytics

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If it is switched on, this site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, which set cookies and tell those companies that a browser visited a page or completed a purchase. They process that data under their own privacy policies.

Who else sees your data

Only those who need it to get your shirt to you:

• the courier company delivering your parcel — your name, address and mobile number;
• our hosting and database providers, who store this site's data;
• our SMS and email providers, to deliver your order messages;
• Meta and Google, for advertising measurement, where enabled.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your mobile number for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as we need them for accounts and tax. Fit-research answers are kept in aggregate. Notify-me requests are deleted once we have told you the colourway is back.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. To stop order SMS, reply to any message or tell us — though note we use SMS to tell you where your parcel is.

Children

This shop is not intended for anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we will update the date on this page.
